Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Growth Relations Manager - Liquidity - there is a big preference for New York/London based candidates, but we are open to worldwide exceptional candidates. Salary range: 150-180K USD yearly plus benefits plus equity.

About the role:

We’re looking for a Growth Relations Manager to drive liquidity growth by building and managing relationships with high-value liquidity providers, from institutional funds to on-chain native capital. You’ll identify and engage key allocators, craft tailored value propositions, and support them in deploying and optimising capital.

This is a highly strategic, externally facing role that blends relationship management with on-chain fluency. You’ll work closely with BD and incentives teams to convert pipeline into TVL, while building a scalable approach to growth from the ground up.

How you can make an impact:

• Identifying and approaching high-value liquidity providers: institutional funds, DAOs, protocol treasuries, family offices, and on-chain whales

• Using on-chain data and analytics to build targeted outreach lists and understand capital flow patterns

• Structuring the narrative and value proposition for different LP profiles (institutional vs. on-chain native)

• Managing ongoing relationships with key LPs: onboarding support, yield optimization guidance, escalation handling

• Coordinating with BD and incentives teams to create tailored LP acquisition packages

• Tracking LP pipeline and reporting on TVL attribution from growth efforts

Let's connect if you have:

• Comfortable in institutional relationship conversations and fluent on-chain (highly familiar with on-chain data, loop strategies, aToken mechanics, risk parameters)

• Experience in a capital markets, treasury, or institutional BD role within DeFi or TradFi-meets-DeFi

• Strong existing network among DeFi-native treasuries, institutional allocators, or custodians a strong plus

• Data-driven approach to identifying and prioritizing LP targets

• Self-starter who can build the LP growth function largely from scratch

Compensation & Package

They offer base salary + tokens (4 year grant backwaited schedule) + cash bonus (based on company revenue and multiplier based on performance and seniority)
