In this position, you'll be working with a company that manufactures high-speed packaging equipment and is considered a global leader in the industry. This role will focus on setting up, programming, and operating CNC milling machines (5-axis) to produce precision components used in advanced packaging systems.


This is a Direct Hire, On-Site Position.


Job Responsibilities:

• Set up, program, and operate CNC milling machines (5-axis)
• Select and install appropriate tooling for each job
• Monitor machining operations to ensure quality and precision
• Perform routine maintenance and tool changes
• Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary adjustments
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of CNC Machining experience
• 3+ years of CNC programming experience (Heidenhain controls preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong understanding of machine setup, tooling, and maintenance
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
