Verantwoordelijkheden Administratie voor klanten: verwerking bestellingen, input in systemen en de dagelijkse permanente telefooncentrale. Tijdige en correcte verwerking van referenties IN/OUT in AS400; input naar magazijn, koppelen in SAP en vervangartikel. Wijzig nauwkeurig aankoopprijzen, promo’s; inschatting volumes en invoeren in dashboard. Retours, bestellingen, volumes, prijszetting… worden tijdig en correct ingevoerd. Uitstekende communicatie met collega's en klanten, transport en magazijn. Werkt in roterend permanentiesysteem tussen 7u en 18u. Organisatie en administratieve vaardigheden. Digitale ondersteuning van bedrijfsprocessen. Vereisten Vloeiend Nederlands en Frans. Goede kennis van verschillende IT-systemen. Eerste werkervaring in een vergelijkbare administratieve functie. Relevante secundaire opleiding of bachelor diploma. Bereidheid tot 6 zondagen per jaar permanentiedienst (thuiswerk). Voordelen Competitief salarispakket aangevuld met extralegale voordelen.
