Every project is an embodiment of one of our core values: BEAUTY – UNIQUE – CARING – CUTTING EDGE; Qualified as bachelor (or master), passioned about real estate / beauty; You have min. 3 years of relevant experience Organized & structured; Hands-on; Critical in a constructive way; Aware that creativity needs structure and organization; Proactive, driven and enthusiastic; Communicative and a team player; Able to hold a conversation in at least 2 or 3 languages (Dutch + French or English); Skilled in office (strong word & excell skills, adobe creative cloud / powerpoint); A great asset to the team with your sparkling personality Assist in contracting (drafting, create & follow up Docu-signs); Assist in updating / feeding / archiving the Sharepoint; Follow up View email address on click.appcast.io; Global administrative support in project and sales; Administrative assistance in delivery of projects and after care; Assist in tendering of contractors (demanding offers – price comparatives); Clean Office Officer (office always prepared to host the king of Belgium); Edit acquisition files & assist in tendering processes; Assist in creating the PID-files; Assure administrative support in utility companies communication; Assist in Microsoft Navision; Organize meetings & assist the agenda management of the managing partners All of the above tasks only require the right attitude, a structured approach and common sense.
