Adjunct Faculty - History Keene State College Keene, NH Type: Adjunct/Part-Time Salary: $800 - $840 per credit Category: History Duties/Responsibilities 50%: Design and delivery course content for credit courses. 45%: Prepare course materials. 45%: Assess student learning. 45%: Assign grades. 45%: Refer students to support services. 45%: Provide supplemental instruction and mentorship to students. 5%: Abide with USNH and KSC policies. 5%: Participate in appropriate department/unit meetings. Requirements Ph.D. in history Peer-reviewed publication in early republic political history Expertise in early republic and 19th-century US political history Ability to teach a course in capitalism and slavery in the US, 1790-1850. Preferred Qualifications Experience teaching courses on American expansion in the antebellum period, capitalism and slavery, 1790-1850, and history of Boston.
