Job Title Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator) Location: 505 Cornhusker Road Suite 107, Bellevue, Nebraska 68005, United States of America About the Role As a Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator) at DaVita, you’ll be part of a team that values work‑life balance and prioritizes personal and professional growth. You will directly impact patient care as the trusted front‑line leader in an outpatient clinic setting. Health care experience is not required. Responsibilities Patients come first. Build relationships and continuously improve their health through clinical goal setting and quality improvement initiatives. Lead a cross‑functional clinical team, develop, mentor and inspire teammates to reach their full potential. Manage complete operation and performance of the clinic, including budgeting, forecasting, vendor relationships, supply ordering and compliance monitoring. Ensure the clinic runs autonomously while receiving support from the director, regional peers and the company. Partner with the Regional Operations Director to identify and address employee and patient concerns, driving toward regional goals and standards. Drive a positive, supportive environment and performance‑based rewards for outstanding individual and team contributions. Qualifications Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred. Minimum of one year experience in management (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience as determined by DVP and/or ROD. Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by state. Current CPR certification (or to be obtained within 60 days of hire). Collaboration with clinical and financial teams on a daily basis to produce results aligned with business needs. Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
