Descripcin: $21.00 por hora
Un supervisor de Chick-fil-A es responsable de modelar las actitudes, acciones y apariencia de un excelente miembro del equipo y ayudar a guiar a otros miembros del equipo a cumplir con sus funciones para ayudar a servir alimentos frescos y de alta calidad, en un ambiente acogedor y hospitalario, de manera amigable y eficiente, para el deleite de todos los huspedes. Los lderes de equipo tambin comparten la responsabilidad de mantener los estndares de marca, seguridad y servicio, y de crear un entorno orientado al crecimiento en el que los miembros del equipo puedan crecer y prosperar.
Responsabilidad: Los supervisores son directamente responsables ante los subdirectores, los directores, el gerente general y el operador.

Requisitos:
- Se prefiere experiencia previa, no se requiere
- El candidato adecuado es digno de confianza, trabajador, responsable, enrgico, entrenable y jugador de equipo.
- Educacin secundaria mnima o equivalente
- 1+ aos de experiencia de gestin equivalente
- Fuertes habilidades de comunicacin verbal o escrita
Responsabilidades:
- Construir relaciones efectivas con asociados, compaeros y supervisores para desarrollar un equipo de alto rendimiento
- Analice los informes y las tendencias empresariales para tomar decisiones estratgicas que impulsen los resultados
- Supervisar directamente el negocio, asegurando y manteniendo altos estndares de calidad
- Evale constantemente y proporcione comentarios continuos sobre el rendimiento a todos los niveles de los miembros del equipo
