Recruiting/Human Resources Specialist

JANSON is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Recruiting/Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless process from requisition to onboarding. Your expertise will help us attract top talent while maintaining compliance with all relevant employment regulations. Requirements:

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage full-cycle recruiting from requisition through candidate selection, offer, and onboarding.

- Post job openings, coordinate interviews, conduct background and reference checks, and prepare offer documentation.

- Maintain accurate applicant and recruitment records, ensuring compliance with applicable Federal requirements, including EEO, nondiscrimination, affirmative action, and recordkeeping standards.

- Coordinate new hire onboarding, including required documentation and pre-employment activities.

- Maintain accurate employee information and process personnel changes in Paylocity.

- Prepare HR reports, employment verifications, and other HR documentation as needed.

- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee and personnel records.

Skills and Qualifications:

- 3 years of relevant experience supporting full-cycle recruiting and HR operations.

- Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements.

- Excellent organizational and recordkeeping skills.

- Experience with Paylocity.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- Experience in defense, aerospace, technology, or government contracting.

- Familiarity with OFCCP requirements and Federal contractor recruiting practices.

Hybrid: 2 days per week in office.
