Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care Hospital

This is a 13-week contract position.

Mid 5x8-Hour shifts (15:00 - 23:00) with rotating weekends. On-call coverage is required.

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for an Acute Care setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing with the ability to manage high patient ratios effectively and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements. This role requires a commitment to quality patient care and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Provide direct nursing care to patients in an acute care setting

Monitor and record patient vital signs, administer medications, and assist with daily activities

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and follow best practices in patient care

Maintain equipment and participate in clinical procedures as necessary

Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting

Active RN license in California is required

Current certifications in BLS, CBSPD, IAHCSMM/HSPA, and CFER preferred

Experience with Epic charting system is necessary

Charge experience is preferred
