Position Summary :

The Bilingual Third Party Collections Specialist will be responsible for the collection of past due accounts as assigned in a fast-paced goal orientated call center environment. They will handle outbound and inbound calls, supporting our Spanish speaking customers. They will provide excellent customer service and skip tracing searches when relevant, regarding the collection of past due accounts as well as consumer inquiries and disputes. On-going training and the opportunity to obtain the ACA Collector certification will be provided.

Candidates should be self-motivated, effective communicators, excellent negotiators and have the ability to navigate sensitive situations.

Essential Job Functions :

• Recover payments of delinquent accounts through outbound and inbound calls
• Retain system knowledge and company process to thoroughly and accurately work accounts
• Negotiating
• Skip tracing searches to be performed when relevant to the collection of past due accounts

Compensation Structure: Your hourly rate of pay will be $11.54 per hour OR 22% of fees collected, whichever is greater, and which is calculated at mid-month and end of month independently. In addition, you are eligible to earn the following bonuses based on individual fees recovered and paid individually on a monthly basis:

Fees Recovered = Bonus

• $10,000 = $500
• $15,000 = $750
• $20,000 = $1,000
• $25,000 = $1,250
• $30,000 = $1,500

Education and Experience Guidelines :

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience with third party collections and/or medical collections is preferred
• Bi-Lingual required
