SHAY is a modern fine jewelry house founded by mother-daughter duo Ladan and Tanaz Salehi. For over 20 years, we've created bold, timeless jewelry crafted in 18k gold with natural diamonds and gemstones. Today, SHAY is carried by many of the world's leading luxury retailers, while our direct-to-consumer business continues to grow. We're looking for an entrepreneurial Head of Brand & Growth to partner directly with our Founder & Creative Director and help shape the next chapter of SHAY. This is not a traditional marketing role. You'll help lead the intersection of brand, digital commerce, customer acquisition, and growth — working across everything from campaigns and product launches to website experience, CRM, paid media, AI, and customer retention. Responsibilities Brand strategy and campaign planning DTC growth and Shopify Paid media and agency management Website merchandising and customer experience AI and marketing innovation Leading our content, e-commerce, and external partners Qualifications 6-10+ years of experience in luxury consumer brands Strong Shopify and DTC experience Managed teams and agency partners Think strategically but enjoys being hands-on Loves building brands as much as growing businesses Compensation: $110,000-$200,000 base + bonus + benefits (depending on experience).
