This is a chance to join a high growth CBD brand who's products focus on sleep support, muscle recovery and easing stress. Using clean ingredients the goal is to unlock the power of cannabis to improve people's lives. In this would you would own the DTC ecommerce engine end-to-end and take full P&L accountability, driving growth across paid media and lifecycle. What You’ll Own Shopify Plus storefront Paid media strategy -direct agencies across Meta, Google to lower CAC and improve funnel efficiency Lifecycle & retention- drive performance through email/SMS (Klaviyo) and subscription growth (Skio) Regulatory strategy- own the 2026 compliance assessment and resulting product strategy Growth infrastructure - build demand forecasts with supply chain, launch new channels (referral, affiliate, activations), and build out a team as the business scales This is a full time, hybrid role in Burbank that offers a full benefits package. Salary range is between $140-160k as a base with bonuses. If you have generated revenue of more than $100 Million on an annual basis and has a higher salary expectation, you will still be considered for the role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
