Construction Project Manager

Rectenwald Brothers Construction

Cranberry Township, PA

Project Management Leader

Leader of the project management team. Responsible for the execution of projects through all phases of construction. Ensure project success through leadership, expertise and excellence in:

  • Estimating
  • Planning and scheduling
  • Management of subcontractors and vendors
  • Communication with all members of the project team
  • Quick and appropriate response to issues that may arise
  • Timely turnover of a properly constructed project
  • Timely project closeout
  • Complete customer satisfaction
  • Customer follow up
  • Project profitability

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management or relevant experience in lieu of education.
  • Minimum of (5) years experience in a construction related field
