Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.Qualifications include being dedicated to customer service, able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs. Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members. Our office is located in 4013 JBS Parkway. Our office is open 8:30-5:30. Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member. I am a proud graduate of Texas Tech. We currently have 2 team members at our agency. We have 85 years of combined insurance experience in our office. Our agency has received awards including: Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, and New Agent Program Qualifier.
