This is a part-time position that requires work flexibility with hours and weekends. This is a patient-facing position. Will require day and night availability.

Work Summary Responsible for working with customers to ensure they receive the highest level of service and support in managing their food service needs. Provides exceptional customer service by promptly answering inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing customer concerns. Receives, processes, and tracks food service orders accurately and efficiently. Ensures that orders meet the specific dietary requirements and preferences of patients. Develops and maintains a deep understanding of menu offerings, special dietary needs, and allergen information to assist customers effectively. Acts as a liaison between the patient, family and nursing staff. Handles customer complaints and inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and a focus on swift resolution. Utilizes and processes Electronic Medical Record diet orders and subsequently enters information in the nutrition management system.

Minimum Qualifications

1 year of customer service experience required

High School Diploma Required
