Talent Managers are an integral part of the team, providing full-service representation and managing an established client roster as their primary point of contact to drive strategic creative and business growth. Highly self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and strategic, they leverage a finely developed creative taste and expert platform knowledge to make informed decisions, negotiate high-value opportunities, and elevate each client's unique brand. Candidates must have 4+ years of experience in digital talent representation or talent management, bring an established, transferable roster of clients, and possess a deep understanding of social media trends. Excitement to operate in a fast-paced start-up environment with a dynamic scope of work and a growing team is essential. Candidates must be entirely comfortable working directly with high-profile clients and high-level executives, demonstrating the ability to anticipate and communicate complex needs. This role requires extraordinary organizational and multitasking skills to remain highly detail-oriented while operating across an exceptional volume of clients, projects, and high-value revenue streams. RESPONSIBILITIES Act as the primary liaison between clients, internal team members, and external partners Oversee and project manage a high volume of complex projects across diverse business verticals Drive deal generation and negotiate high-value brand opportunities for clients Lead internal client teams, providing strategic direction and mentorship to team members Drive the optimization of internal systems to track and process high-volume deal flow Translate market research and trends into commercial growth strategies for clients Strategically identify, track, and pursue potential new clients to scale the roster QUALIFICATIONS 4+ Years of experience in digital talent representation or talent management, with an established and transferable roster of clients Expert knowledge of all social media platforms from a business and consumer perspective Outstanding organizational skills, ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects simultaneously Developed own individual sense of creative opinion and taste Incredible communication skills, both oral and written Extreme discretion; ability to handle confidential information Superb teamwork and team management skills Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience Experience with Google and Apple products COMPANY Odd Projects is a management company providing full-service representation for a select roster of clients.
