The General Store Manager oversees daily store operations to ensure a seamless, efficient shopping experience. This role includes managing staff, maintaining inventory, driving sales performance, and upholding financial and operational standards within the store environment.

 

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead store staff to achieve performance goals
• Oversee inventory levels and coordinate restocking efforts
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly
• Monitor sales trends and implement strategies to boost revenue
• Prepare and analyze financial reports for store performance
• Plan and maintain merchandise displays for optimal presentation
• Handle cash management and ensure accuracy in transactions

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail management experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
