Registered Nurse - Dialysis

Registered Nurse – Dialysis Location: Burlington, VT (35 Joy Dr., So. Burlington VT 05403). Float to St. Albans & Berlin; prior travel exp preferred. Contract Details: 13-week contract starting 7/13/2026. Onsite. Day shift 8 hours/day, 5 days/week. Compensation: Weekly stipends $2,016. Base pay $800–$840 per week (approx. $20–$21/hour). Eligibility and Qualifications Registered Nurse with home dialysis experience in outpatient setting. Baxter PD cycles and NxStage home hemodialysis machine experience. Minimum 1 year outpatient dialysis experience; ESRD chronic renal patient care required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Epic experience within last 2 years. Flexible schedule: 8‑hour days, no weekends. Responsibilities Train patients on home dialysis and maintain patients on home dialysis. Coordinate FMLA/LOA documentation. Float to St. Albans & Berlin as needed. Additional Information Schedule: Monday to Sunday; no block schedules. Bi‑weekly orientations on Monday. Ensure all employment gaps >90 days are explained. Complete work history (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) required. Public transportation not available; reliable transportation required. IVS to OFFER.
