Integrity Trade Services is actively seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers for our client in Stanwood, MI . If you're reliable, ready to work, and committed to showing up on time every day, we want to hear from you!

Position Details

Location: Stanwood, MI 49346
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Rotating 2-2-3 Schedule (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM / 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
Type: Contract with potential for long-term opportunities
Industry: Manufacturing / Production

Job Responsibilities

Perform general labor and production support duties.
Assist with material movement and organization throughout the facility.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Support production operations as needed.
Complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately.
Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals.

What We're Looking For

Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
Ability to work a rotating 12-hour shift schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Ability to follow directions and work independently.
Ability to read and write in English.
Physically capable of lifting up to 75 pounds and standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
Positive attitude and commitment to workplace safety.
