Located in a charming Victorian building near the Connecticut River in central Connecticut, our practice offers a peaceful and cozy setting where we enjoy building relationships with both cats and their caregivers.
- This is a full-time, on-site Veterinarian position based in Bolton, CT.
- The Veterinarian will provide high-quality medical care, including diagnostics, treatment plans, and surgeries for feline patients.
- Daily tasks include conducting wellness exams, diagnosing and treating illnesses, performing procedures, and counseling pet owners on health and wellness.
- The role emphasizes compassionate, patient-focused care and contributes to maintaining the practice's commitment to excellence.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and treating a range of feline health conditions
- Skills in surgical procedures and preventative care for cats
- Strong communication skills to effectively educate cat owners on health and wellness
- Compassionate approach to patient care and the ability to create a calm environment for cats
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team of veterinary professionals
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree and an active veterinary license in Connecticut
- Previous experience in feline-specific care is highly desirable
- Commitment to continued education and staying updated on best practices in veterinary medicine
