Responsibilities Provide outstanding client communication and care for dogs, cats, and exotics. Practice progressive, high‑quality medicine, dentistry, and surgery on all species. Perform a wide range of surgeries, including spay/neuter, ACL, FHO, fractures, C‑sections, bloats, ophthalmology, and others. Manage difficult medical cases in‑house and handle all emergencies. Collaborate with emergency and referral practices, host in‑house custom CE programs, and maintain strong practitioner relationships. Qualifications Veterinary graduate or qualified veterinarian with a willingness to learn new disciplines. A structured mentorship program supports professional development from day one.
