Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Counter Sales role located in Granville, WV and Uniontown, PA. The Counter Sales team member will assist customers in a professional and friendly manner by providing product information, addressing inquiries, and processing transactions. Responsibilities include maintaining inventory, stocking shelves, handling incoming orders, and ensuring a clean, organized work area. The role requires collaboration with team members and may involve resolving customer issues or providing recommendations based on their needs. Qualifications Customer service skills, including active listening and addressing customer inquiries. Experience with sales, product recommendations, and transaction processing. Inventory management and organizational skills. Basic knowledge of plumbing supplies is highly preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
