What You Would Do:

• Welcome customers and identify their needs through effective communication
• Present and explain wireless products, services, and promotions
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience from start to finish
• Process new activations, upgrades, and customer orders
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, plans, and technology
• Track sales performance and work toward individual and team goals
• Help manage inventory and ensure displays are organized and stocked
• Resolve customer questions and concerns with professionalism
