UniFirst is hiring a Route Coverage Specialist (Route Sales and Service Rep) in Phoenix, AZ. In-person interviews are available on Thursday, June 18. The average first year earnings are $60,000+.

Salary: $28.77 hourly, paid weekly, no direct commissions.

Schedule: Mondays - Fridays, no weekends, full-time, 45-50 hours a week (no overnights), normal working times are 6:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities

• Route coverage: Learn multiple routes to provide seamless service when an RSR is absent.
• Product delivery & pickup: Safely load, transport, and unload clean garments and other products to customers, while also collecting soiled items.
• Customer service: Deliver high-quality service, resolve customer requests independently, and build strong customer relationships.
• Operational excellence: Accurately manage invoices, conduct inventory audits, and ensure the safety and appearance of the assigned vehicle.
• Safety: Adhere to all traffic laws, safety standards, and company policies.
• Problem-solving: Address customer needs and resolve service issues to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Communication: Effectively communicate customer feedback and potential solutions to location leadership.
