Job Description
McLaren Flint is seeking Nocturnist coverage as soon as credentialed!

Job Details:
Coverage schedule: 7p-7a onsite hospital call
Reason for Locum coverage: FMLA
Patients per day: 22 inpatient based on census
100% inpatient
Current EHR in use: Cerner PowerChart

Procedures/Skills required: Internal Medicine

Rates to submit:
Malpractice - must be included in rates
Orientation - 1/2 the hourly rate
Hourly - $250-$270/hour per hour up to 12 hours daily
Holiday/OT - 1.5x
Conversion rate $26k

McLaren does NOT reimburse Med Staff Fees

Flight- $750 round-trip cap (including all taxes and fees)- Economy Bookings Only

Rental Car- $75/day cap- economy/standard vehicles only

Lodging- McLaren will only reimburse lodging at a nightly rate not to exceed the GSA amount per their website.

No lodging booked through 3rd party websites, ie expedia, kayak, etc

McLaren is tax exempt and will not reimburse taxes on lodging

Malpractice rates MUST be included in the rate

Orientation rate is 1/2 the hourly rate

Site uses reverse billing - provider must clock in/out using DocTime - no timesheets will be approved.

Expenses covered by client will not exceed the limitations listed in the Travel & Expense policy between McLaren Health Care & TrioWFS.
