Be the Occupational Therapist You've Always Aspired to Be Your impactful journey involves: Providing direct care to patients in need of occupational therapy. Guiding patients by supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and targeting and resolving patient concerns. Qualifications Current State license as an Occupational Therapist. CPR certification. Successfully completed a Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited occupational therapy program, required. Additional training with a Master's or Doctorate's degree in either occupational therapy or management area is preferred. A minimum of two years of occupational therapy experience is required. Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder (when eligible) or specialty professional certifications, preferred.
