Are you a Family Medicine physician eager to engage in meaningful, relationship-focused healthcare without the stress of high patient volumes, tight schedules, or overflowing inboxes?

This Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice offers just eight one-hour patient appointments each day, enabling you to practice medicine in a way that aligns with its true essence. There’s no insurance billing and no bureaucratic hurdles—just a fantastic culture dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and outcomes!

  • One-hour patient appointments: Ample time to concentrate on prevention, lifestyle choices, education, and building strong relationships.

  • Smaller patient panels: Fewer than 1,000 patients when fully established.

Position Highlights
  • Compensation: Guaranteed base salary plus benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and all major perks.

  • Full-time Schedule: Only 4 days per week in-clinic, with a half-day of virtual care on Fridays!

  • Support Staff: Each physician is paired with a dedicated nurse and robust front office support.

  • Procedures: Perform the procedures you are comfortable with!

  • Virtual Care: Telehealth options available when clinically appropriate.

  • Credentialing: Quick and efficient, with no insurance credentialing necessary.

Minimum Qualifications
  • MD or DO with a minimum of 5 years of post-residency practice experience.

  • Successful completion of a family medicine or similar residency program.

  • Currently residing in the OKC or Tulsa metropolitan area.

  • Demonstrated several years of continuous employment in the OKC area, with a portion of your panel willing to follow you.

  • Must be willing to opt out of Medicare (a requirement for the DPC model).
