To excel in the role of Inside Sales Representative at Rexco Equipment you will need to have strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build and maintain customer relationships. Your problem-solving abilities and creativity will be essential in identifying the best equipment solutions and overcoming objections to close sales successfully. Proficiency in using CRM platforms to manage customer relationships and maximize sales opportunities is a must. Having a two-year college degree or technical school education is advantageous, along with at least two years of previous inside sales experience and knowledge of the construction industry and equipment.
