Whistler Partners is partnering with a premier, startup-focused corporate platform seeking a junior associate to join its integrated Venture Capital and M&A practice. This team advises high-growth, tech-forward companies from formation through exit — working closely with founders, venture capital investors, growth equity sponsors, and public company executives. The practice is known for its deep client trust, startup sensibility, and ability to quarterback complex transactions at every stage of the company lifecycle. One week may involve structuring a Series A; the next could mean supporting a buy-side acquisition or advising a growth equity investor. Associates build cross-disciplinary deal fluency early. Real Client Access from Day One Even junior associates are expected to engage directly with founders, CEOs, investors, and in-house counsel.
