Job Summary

This individual will manage the food service operation and maintain established costs and quality standards in order to ensure superior service and maximize profits. Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating the tasks of the Assistant Directors and Operations Managers
• Planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and supervising functions and activities of the department
• Establishing work standards and work flow
• Establishing and implementing policies and procedures for departmental operations
• Directing and conducting safety, sanitation and community maintenance programs
• Maintaining excellent relationships with employees, guests and client as well as other departments within the operation
• Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent stress management skills, administrative and organizational, and follow-through skills
• Ability to utilize a participative approach to managing staff
• Proficient in the use of Windows based office software including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
