CNC Lathe Machinist
Location: Tukwila, WA 98188 | On-Site
Pay Range: $30.00-$35.00 per hour, depending on experience
Position Summary
FLAG Solutions is seeking a CNC Lathe Machinist for a confidential aerospace manufacturing client. This role supports precision machining through CNC machine operation, setup, and inspection.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machine equipment to meet production and quality requirements.
- Prepare fixtures, cutting tools, and programs for machining operations.
- Load programs and adjust offsets to support dimensional accuracy.
- Start, stop, and monitor machining cycles correctly.
- Inspect manufactured components using appropriate precision measuring equipment, including height gauges, air gauges, and bench inspection tools as applicable.
- Follow work instructions and established safety and quality procedures.
Qualifications
- CNC machining experience and an understanding of machine setup, tooling, programs, and offsets.
- Ability to use precision inspection equipment and identify dimensional discrepancies.
- Attention to detail and commitment to safe, consistent production.
Schedule
