MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Property Maintenance Team MemberAs a key member of our property maintenance team, you will keep our community running smoothly by handling a variety of hands-on tasks:Apartment Turns & Carpentry: Painting, drywall repair/replacement, doors, trim, and installing countertops or cabinetry.Systems Maintenance: Troubleshoot and replace HVAC components, electrical fixtures (switches, outlets, shorts, and open circuits), and plumbing (fixtures, water heaters, leaks, and clear drains/disposals).
