In this role, you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication to employees, visitors, and drivers. Working with an agile, reliable, and innovative team, you will put people first, collaborate closely with others, and act with integrity every day.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to all persons on location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations according to site guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, studios, warehouse areas, loading zones, parking areas, and perimeter locations as assigned.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and/or help to deter unauthorized activity involving employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel.
• Support loss prevention and operational continuity by documenting incidents, checking doors and gates, and communicating security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
