Position Type Full Time Pay Rate $17.68 / Hour Job Schedule Mon: 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM Tue: 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM Wed: 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM Thur: 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real‑estate location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations according to site expectations. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter access points to deter unwanted activity and report maintenance, lighting, and access‑control concerns. Monitor entrances, exits, and high‑traffic areas to deter unauthorized access, support visitor interactions, and communicate security concerns to property management or local responders when needed. Assist with daily operations by observing site conditions, following post orders, and providing clear communication during routine activities, after‑hours checks, and/or emergency situations. Minimum Requirements At least 5 years of security‑related experience. Alarm panel experience preferred. Customer service experience preferred. At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles. High‑school diploma or equivalent. Subject to a background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories consistent with applicable laws. Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment per state or local regulations. A valid driver’s license required only for driving positions.
