About Spinal Recovery Center

What You'll Do As a Healthcare Business Development Associate
You'll help grow patient referrals and strengthen relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and referral partners through outreach, networking, and marketing support.

• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, providers, and community partners
• Identify and pursue new referral opportunities within assigned markets
• Represent Spinal Recovery Center at networking events and community functions
• Support marketing initiatives, outreach efforts, and promotional activities
• Coordinate event participation and maintain outreach calendars
• Gather and communicate feedback from referral partners and community contacts
• Provide regular updates on outreach activities, goals, and results
• Collaborate with leadership and team members to support growth initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required
• Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare business development, community outreach, customer service, fundraising, or related field
• Healthcare industry experience preferred
• Experience with marketing, communications, event planning, or project coordination a plus
