As an Every-Other-Weekend RN Supervisor , you’ll take a hands-on leadership role in ensuring top-tier care and team coordination. Key responsibilities include:

• Supervise Nursing & CNA Staff – Guide and support the team to ensure compliance with standards and quality of care.

• Review & Adjust Care Plans – Address issues, track progress, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement changes.

• Monitor Quality Measures – Prepare and evaluate reports to support continuous care improvement.

• Mentor Your Team – Provide leadership, support, and coaching to promote clinical excellence and a positive work environment.

We’re seeking a reliable and compassionate RN who:

• Holds an active RN license in Georgia

• Has nursing home or long-term care experience (required)

• Demonstrates strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills

• Thrives in a team-focused, patient-centered setting
