Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Redeemer, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, assessing their physical condition, experience, and rehabilitation needs.
• Designing and implementing personalized treatment plans that target specific goals for recovery.
• Utilizing evidence-based practices to treat a variety of conditions, including orthopedic injuries, neurological disorders, pediatric concerns, and sports-related issues.
• Delivering high-quality, hands-on therapeutic care during patient sessions and adjusting treatment strategies as needed based on patient responses.
• Educating patients and their families about recovery processes, therapeutic exercises, and at-home care techniques to foster independence.
• Tracking patient progress through accurate documentation and adhering to treatment protocols defined by collaborating physicians.

Compensation and Benefits
