Assistant Project ManagerAssist the Project Manager with the day-to-day management of multifamily construction projects. Coordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Track project budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractor progress. Support client, consultant, and subcontractor communication throughout the project lifecycle. Multifamily construction experience strongly preferred. Exposure to ground-up construction projects. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced project environment and work collaboratively with field and office teams.$80,000 - $100,000 Base Salary (Depending on Experience)Opportunity to support two upcoming multifamily mid-rise developments valued at approximately $30M each.
