Oak Hill Rehabilitation & Healthcare is seeking an experienced and motivated Dietary Director to lead our dietary services department and ensure high-quality nutritional care for our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all dietary operations, including meal planning, food preparation, and service

• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations

• Manage dietary staff scheduling, training, and performance

• Collaborate with nursing and clinical teams to meet residents’ nutritional needs

• Maintain sanitation, safety, and infection control standards

• Order supplies, manage inventory, and control food costs

• Ensure menus meet dietary requirements, preferences, and physician orders

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Dietary Director or in food service management (healthcare or long-term care preferred)

• Knowledge of state and federal dietary regulations

• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills

• Ability to manage staff and maintain compliance

• ServSafe certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
