Business Operations Specialist

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Business Operations Specialist to manage administrative processes for the Patient Safety organization. The role involves maintaining workforce data, generating reports, managing vendor workflows, and supporting operational needs across a matrixed environment in Princeton or Madison, New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Execute centralized administrative processes for Patient Safety, establishing consistent ways of working and backup coverage
• Maintain, validate, and reconcile workforce and organizational data across multiple staffing databases and vendor records
• Generate recurring reports and dashboards on workforce, staffing, invoices, and administrative metrics; identify and coordinate resolution of data issues
• Manage vendor workflows, contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and expense reporting and submission processes
• Partner with Patient Safety leadership to translate operational needs into coordinated actions, reports, and service priorities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business operations, administration, or data management
• Strong data management, problem-solving, and prioritization skills with demonstrated follow-through
• Cross-collaborative team player with high integrity, initiative, and accountability
• Excellent relationship management and service orientation for interactions with senior executives
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and relevant administrative systems
• Ability to manage and prioritize effectively during high-volume demand periods
• Learning agility and adaptability to change in a matrixed environment

Compensation: $87,550 - $106,090
