Primary Duties

• Assist the Academic Fieldwork Coordinator (AFWC) with administrative tasks related to fieldwork education.
• Organize, maintain, and upload fieldwork-related documents and records to online systems.
• Assist with preparing course and fieldwork materials, forms, and resources for students.
• Maintain organized electronic files and spreadsheets related to fieldwork placements and student requirements.
• Enter, update, and track information using Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Assist with routine administrative tasks, correspondence, and document preparation.
• Work independently and manage assigned tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Work remotely as needed and participate in a brief weekly check-in with the AFWC.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling student and fieldwork information.
• Perform related duties based on departmental need.

Minimum Requirements

• Current UC student in good academic standing.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow through on assigned tasks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Comfortable working with online document management and data-entry systems.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to meet deadlines.

Physical Requirements
