With your experience where you will sell Rental Solutions including Industrial Chillers, Hot Water Boilers, Pumps, Air Handlers, Cooling Towers, Electric and Gas Heaters./ppIf you are looking for a role that combines your sales experience and passion for customers, then we have a great opportunity for you./ppWe are seeking an experienced, motivated technical sales professional to promote innovative solutions for current and potential customers./ppThis role will be responsible for the Dallas, TX market./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliManage and grow the assigned territory and accounts through the sales of temporary HVAC and power equipment./liliDevelop long-term relationships and build partnerships with the customer./liliAchieve annual sales targets and promote the growth of rental services while maintaining focus on cash flow management./liliConsult with customers for requirements of emergency and planned rental projects./liliDevelop account management skills and provide customers with superior value and service./li/ulh3Required Qualifications/h3ulliHigh School Diploma or GED./lili3+ years of commercial, industrial or HVAC sales to include inside or outside sales experience./liliAbility to pass an MVR background check./liliAbility to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory./li/ulh3Preferred Qualifications/h3ulliBachelors Degree./liliRental Industry experience./liliSalesforce experience./liliSelf-motivated to achieve annual goals and objectives./liliStrong interpersonal skills./liliDemonstrated ability to influence customers key decision-makers./liliWillingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory./liliExcellent writing, communication, and presentation skills./li/ulh3Pay Range/h3pThe annual salary for this position is between $64,500.00 - $129,500.00 annually.
