This is the ideal role for those that are adept at assessing and understanding both the immediate and future needs of customers./ppJob Responsibilities/pulliSell the full portfolio of Carrier HVAC Service products and solutions (i.e. service agreements, repairs and modernizations)/liliCreate and maintain Sales Territory and Account plans where necessary/liliPresent at customer seminars to develop new and existing customer relationships and opportunities/liliPromote Carrier value proposition linking customer objectives to Carrier solutions/liliUtilize CRM to manage customer interactions, activities, and opportunity pipeline/liliExperienced seller in attracting new customers as well as building share value with existing customers/liliAbility to seek out and access new service agreement opportunities both with existing customers and new prospect customers/liliAbility to seek out or respond to repair opportunities/liliEstablishing and building credibility with knowledge of Carrier products/solutions/liliStrong ability to develop and sustain customer relationships/liliClearly articulate the value of Carriers value offerings and how they map to the customers needs/liliAbility to detect the Customers buying stage and adjust selling accordingly/liliEffective presentation and communication skills/liliPrioritize on best opportunities/liliResponding to the customer requirements in a timely manner/liliGaining the booking/order in a timely manner/liliAbility to consistently achieve sales metrics and Annual Targets/liliTo effectively negotiate service agreement renewals when required/li/ulpRequired Qualifications/pulliHigh School Diploma/ GED/lili2+ Years of Commercial HVAC Sales Experience/liliMust be able lift/carry 20 lbs, climb ladders/stairs, and be comfortable working on roofs/platforms/li/ulpPreferred Qualifications/pulliExtremely comfortable operating in a technical environment utilizing Microsoft based computer software/liliOutstanding sales/negotiation skills and goal-orientated with strong time management and organizational skills/liliDemonstrated strong written, verbal and presentation skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers/liliAbility to sell directly to end user customer/liliPrevious experience in selling service agreements/liliDemonstrates ability to introduce others to cross sell and upsell within their base of customers/liliAbility to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment/liliDemonstrated ability to introduce others to cross sell and upsell within their base of customers/liliDemonstrated ability to identify opportunities to proactively sell preventative repair / upgrade packages/liliSelf-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities/li/ulpPay Range/ppThe annual salary for this position is between $79,000.00 - $158,000.00 annually.
