Job Description Job Location: 18860 E. Breckenridge Ave, Aurora, CO 80011 NOTE: This position supports a federal project that requires U.S. citizenship due to government compliance and security regulations. Technical Construction Inspector - Qualifications We are looking for a Technical Construction Inspector with the following Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in construction management and oversight. The employee shall have a proficient understanding of engineering, construction, and constructability requirements associated with large projects and experience in managing MILCON construction or large repair/SRM projects. The employee shall have proficient experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat. Qualifications (within the 5 years of required experience, the employee shall possess knowledge of) Federal, DoD/DoW, Air Force, ANG, and State construction management and engineering regulations Unified Facility Criteria Engineering technical orders and instruction Agency standard operating procedures Safety procedures Local, state, and federal building codes Fire Protection Association (NFPA) American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) American Concrete Institute (ACI) International Building Code (IBC) Electric Code (NEC) Life Safety Codes #J-18808-Ljbffr Energy Jobline ZR
