HR Service Center-Customer Service- Remote On-Board Services, Incorporated is an on-site contract service provider for a local manufacturing entity providing full time positions to our employees. Position Type: Contract Job Location: Remote/Schaumburg, Il Benefits: 401K, Dental insurance, Life Insurance, Medical Insurance, Vision Insurance Compensation: $18.50/hour Position will be primarily virtual but requires scheduled in office days in Schaumburg, IL twice monthly. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a high volume of inbound calls and email inquiries related to Human Resources and payroll matters, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional resolution of employee and customer concerns. This role requires the ability to effectively utilize service center knowledge articles and established procedures when addressing a wide range of inquiries. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills by assessing customer needs, gathering and clarifying information, conducting thorough research, and delivering appropriate solutions. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate and detailed records of all interactions within the case management system to ensure compliance, consistency, and a seamless customer experience. Candidates should possess exceptional customer service skills, along with strong written and verbal communication abilities. Previous experience in a call center, HR service center, payroll environment, or customer support role is highly preferred. The ability to manage multiple priorities, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is essential for success in this position.
