Hotel: Lincoln Embassy Suites, 1040 P Street, Lincoln, NE 68508 Position: Sales Manager (Full Time) Compensation Range: $56,000. Compensation is determined based on a variety of factors including experience, skills, qualifications, and specific location of the role. Actual pay may differ. What You Will Do: Find and close new business by proactively reaching out to potential clients through calls, networking, site visits, and industry events—turning prospects into long‑term partners. Negotiate and finalize contracts that ensure clarity, accuracy, and mutual success. Plan and coordinate the details of each event or group booking, including space setup, timing, equipment, menus, and billing. Create and track monthly SMART goals that align with hotel revenue targets and help you stay on course—and ahead. Manage existing relationships with professionalism and care, ensuring repeat business and enthusiastic referrals. Maintain organized, accurate records using systems like Delphi or CI/TY, so everyone stays informed and on track. What We Are Looking For: 1–2 years in hotel sales, events, or marketing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with Delphi, CI/TY, or similar tools. Detail-oriented and self‑motivated.
