We are currently seeking an Intermediate-Level Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team at our Greensburg, IN facility.

Position Summary
The Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a technician who has solid foundational experience and is continuing to build advanced electrical and mechanical skills.
Key Responsibilities
Perform troubleshooting and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment
Assist with diagnosing motors, drives, PLC-controlled equipment, and production machinery
Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Conduct preventative maintenance and equipment inspections
Support installation and startup of new or upgraded equipment
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals
Maintain accurate maintenance documentation
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications
2–5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Working knowledge of electrical systems (24DCV up to 480V 3 Phase)
Experience with mechanical systems, conveyors, pumps, and gearboxes
Basic PLC troubleshooting experience preferred
Ability to overtime as needed
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Commitment to safety and teamwork
Physical Requirements
Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work in industrial conditions
Ability to work at heights or in confined spaces as required
