Responsibilities: Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities aligned with early childhood development goals Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment for preschool-aged children Monitor and support the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of each child Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and daily activitiesMaintain accurate attendance records, developmental observations, and classroom documentation Supervise children during classroom activities, meals, outdoor play, and transitions Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to ensure a consistent, high-quality learning experience Requirements: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred Previous experience working with preschool or early childhood-aged children Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices Strong communication, patience, and classroom management skills Current CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain Ability to pass a background check in accordance with Massachusetts state requirements Warm, nurturing, and energetic demeanor with a genuine love for working with young children About Us: Little Stars Daycare & Preschool LLC has been a trusted name in early childhood education in the Milford, MA community, providing families with a safe, loving, and stimulating environment for their little ones.
