JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Board: Board Certified or Board Eligible (If BE, 5 years or less since residency)
  
• Licenses: Licensed in CA
  
• DEA: Active DEA required
  
• Certifications: BLS
  

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to a mix of pediatric and adult patients.
  
• Manage acute and chronic medical conditions including preventive care and health maintenance.
  
• Perform routine physical exams, health screenings, and immunizations.
  
• Document patient encounters and ensure chart closure within 72 hours.
  
• Collaborate with support staff (RNs, MAs) for efficient patient flow.
