What You’ll Do as a Motorcycle Sales Associate
- Welcome and engage customers entering the dealership
- Assist riders in selecting the perfect Harley-Davidson motorcycle to fit their style and needs
- Manage the full sales process from initial inquiry to final purchase
- Conduct demo rides to showcase Harley-Davidson motorcycles
- Follow up proactively with leads and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Schedule and manage appointments, ensuring excellent customer experiences
- Utilize and update CRM systems to track leads, sales activity, and follow-ups
- Complete monthly training to stay current on product knowledge and sales techniques
Qualifications
- Valid motorcycle license required
- 1+ year of powersports or automotive sales experience preferred
- Ability to move and handle motorcycles preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and phone skills
- Energetic, outgoing, self-motivated, and driven to succeed
- Comfortable using CRM systems and following a structured, value-based sales process
- Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
